USPTO Extends Cancer Immunotherapy Pilot Program Until June 30, 2022

The USPTO is extending the Cancer Immunotherapy Pilot Program, which allows patent applications related to cancer immunotherapy to be reviewed earlier, until June 30, 2022, following over 500 petitions and 167 granted patents.
