FCC Modifies System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission has updated its system of records, FCC/OGC-5, to reflect the existence and character of records maintained by the agency, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, to ensure transparency and compliance with federal regulations.
