Petitions for Reconsideration have been filed by NCTA--The Internet & Television Association and American Television Alliance in response to a recent action taken by the Commission in its Rulemaking proceeding, submitted by Rick Chessen on behalf of NCTA and Michael Nilsson on behalf of ATVA.
