ION Media Lexington License, Inc. has requested the FCC to amend the DTV Table of Allotments to relocate WUPX-TV channel 21 from Morehead to Richmond, Kentucky, citing the need for Richmond to receive its first local broadcast service, while ensuring Morehead remains served by WKMR(TV) on channel 15.
