Federal Communications Commission Announces Settlement Opportunity for Displaced Low Power Television Stations

The Federal Communications Commission's Incentive Auction Task Force and Media Bureau announced a settlement opportunity for low power television, TV translator, and analog-to-digital replacement translator stations that were displaced by the incentive auction and repacking process. The settlement period for these stations opened on October 30, 2018, and closed on January 10, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
