FDA Announces Public Comment Period for Proposed Medical Devices Inspection Program

The Food and Drug Administration is seeking public input on its proposed Inspection by Accredited Persons Program, which is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and must publish a notice in the Federal Register for a 60-day public comment period.
