Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Threshold of Regulation for Substances Used in Food-Contact Articles
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information related to threshold of regulation exemptions for substances used in food-contact articles. The FDA must publish this notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
