Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone in Chicago Harbor for Fireworks Displays

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone in Chicago Harbor, near Navy Pier, from April 23, 2016, to January 1, 2017, to protect people and property during fireworks displays. The Coast Guard will work with the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan to regulate vessel movement in the area.
