Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request to Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for an information collection request, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on October 26, 2023, which allowed for a 60-day public comment period.
