ATF Seeks OMB Approval for Revised Importer Registration Collection

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), part of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to revise a previously approved collection of information related to registering as an importer of U.S. munitions. The ATF is requesting public comments on this proposal.
