ATF Requests Review of Information Collection for Prohibited Persons Questionnaire

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval for a revision of its Prohibited Persons Questionnaire, ATF Form 8620.57, which will be used to identify individuals prohibited from possessing firearms, and is requesting public comments on the proposed collection.
