DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request for eComments on FFL Out of Business Records

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request for FFL Out of Business Records, as part of its submission to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
