Revised NEPA Handbook Available for Public Review

Summary

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Water and Science, in conjunction with the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, is announcing the availability of their revised National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Handbook. The revisions aim to enhance the efficiency and timeliness of environmental reviews under NEPA, in response to updated Department of the Interior regulations and Council on Environmental Quality guidance issued in 2008.
