USDA Reopens Comment Period for Pork Carcasses Standards

The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service is reopening the comment period for revisions to the United States Standards for Grades of Pork Carcasses, which were previously published in the Federal Register on October 23, 2017, and closed on December 22, 2017, in an effort to modernize the standards and meet stakeholder demands by creating uniform groups of commodity pork products.
