USDA Requests Extension of Comment Period for Food Crediting in Child Nutrition Programs

The US Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service is seeking additional public input on its food crediting process, which helps determine how individual food items contribute to meeting meal pattern requirements in the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, and Summer Food Service Program.
