USDA Proposes Revisions to Vegetable Standards

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing changes to the U.S. Standards for Grades of Canned Lima Beans, Canned Mushrooms, Pickles, and Green Olives, including replacing the term 'midget' with 'petite' and adopting a single-term grading system.
