United States Standards for Grades of Pecans to Undergo Revisions

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is updating the U.S. Standards for Grades of Shelled Pecans and the U.S. Standards for Grades of Pecans in the Shell, replacing the term 'midget' with 'extra small' and removing references to plastic models and color standards information.
