USDA Rule Changes Container Requirements for Oranges and Grapefruit Grown in Texas

The US Department of Agriculture has implemented a new rule changing the container requirements for oranges and grapefruit grown in the Lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas, removing five existing containers and adding seven new ones, as well as modifying the descriptions of two authorized containers.
