Monongahela National Forest Withdraws Environmental Impact Statement Notice for Big Rock Project

The Monongahela National Forest has withdrawn its Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Big Rock Project, allowing the project to proceed under an Environmental Assessment, following the original notice published in the Federal Register on July 30, 2014.
