OFAC Issues Final Rule to Adjust Civil Monetary Penalties for Inflation
The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control is updating its civil monetary penalties to reflect inflation, following the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 and subsequent amendments.
