Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax; Correcting Amendment

The final regulations implementing the base erosion and anti- abuse tax, designed to prevent the reduction of tax liability by certain large corporate taxpayers through certain payments made to foreign related parties and certain tax credits.
