Treasury Department Exempts New System of Records from Privacy Act Requirements

The Department of the Treasury has issued a final rule exemption for a new system of records, the Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices .227--Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) Case Management System, from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 to protect sensitive information.
