DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS for Technical Data Rights and Proprietary Data Restrictions

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to align with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, which revises U.S. Code sections related to technical data rights and proprietary data restrictions. The public comment period on this proposed rule has been extended by 16 days.
