EPA Proposes Approval of Missouri's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) related to open burning, which will replace four area-specific rules with a single statewide rule, as requested by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) on November 24, 2009.
