EPA Proposes Update to Outer Continental Shelf Air Regulations for Maryland
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update a portion of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Air Regulations to ensure consistency with the requirements of the corresponding onshore area, as mandated by the Clean Air Act, which was amended in 1990. The update pertains to OCS sources for which Maryland is the designated Clean Air Act area.
