Defense Department Proposes New System of Records for Foreign Military Sales and IMET Programs

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to add a new system of records, DSCA 06, to manage the Foreign Military Sales and International Military Education and Training Programs, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-130.
