EPA Approves Vermont State Plan to Reduce PM 2.5 Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Vermont, which sets limits on PM 2.5 emissions and requires emission offsets under certain conditions, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
