FHWA Grants Buy America Waiver for 21 State Projects

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a notice stating that it has found a Buy America waiver to be appropriate for 21 state projects involving the purchase of vehicles and equipment, provided they are assembled in the US.
