EPA Submits Renewal Request for National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan Regulation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the review and approval of its National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan Regulation for an additional 30 days, following a previous 60-day comment period that ended on April 24, 2016.
