DoD Proposes New System of Records for Security Assistance Network

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to add a new system of records, DSCA 07, for the Security Assistance Network (SAN), a database and communications network for international security cooperation, which will require all Security Cooperation Offices and International Military Student Offices to use the system for SC training management functions.
