FMCSA Grants Exemption to CRST Expedited for Commercial Driver's License Training

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has approved an exemption to CRST Expedited, allowing commercial learner's permit (CLP) holders to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) without a CDL holder in the front seat during training, subject to certain conditions.
