Public Comment Sought on Proposed Revision to Veterans Benefits Administration Survey

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is seeking public input on a proposed revision to a previously approved survey to measure customer satisfaction among veterans. The change must be reviewed and approved by the Federal government within 60 days, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
