OPM Requests Public Comment on Missing Payment Form RI 38-31

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public input on a paperwork reduction act request for OPM Form RI 38-31, which is used to track missing payments, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and the Clinger-Cohen Act.
