FMCSA Exempts 22 Individuals with Epilepsy from Epilepsy and Seizure Disorder Medical Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to 22 interstate commercial motor vehicle drivers with epilepsy, allowing them to operate CMVs despite having a history of seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
