Transfer of Federally Assisted Facility to University Health System

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is issuing a notice to inform federal agencies that VIA Metropolitan Transit plans to transfer a facility in San Antonio, Texas, to University Health System, a public hospital district in the state. The transfer is allowed under Section 5334(h) of the Federal Transit Laws, as the FTA is no longer interested in acquiring the asset for federal use.
