Department of Labor Seeks Public Comment on COBRA Notification Requirements Under American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on proposed changes to its information collection requirements for COBRA notification under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as amended by the Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2010, in an effort to minimize reporting burdens and assess the impact of its requirements.
