EPA Announces Receipt of Information Under Toxic Substances Control Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received information on chemical substances and mixtures from a company, as part of an Enforceable Consent Agreement, and is making this information publicly available in accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
