Defense Department Proposes Changes to Federal Employees Compensation Act Record System

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to update its Defense Injury and Unemployment Compensation System, which administers claims for Federal Employees Compensation Act benefits, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-130.
