PHMSA Proposes Revisions to Hazardous Materials Grants Program

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is proposing changes to its regulations for the Hazardous Materials grants program, aligning with the Office of Management and Budget's Uniform Administrative Requirements and the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act of 2015. The public is invited to submit comments on these proposed revisions.
