OMB Releases Addendum to Statistical Policy Directive No. 2: Standards and Guidelines for Cognitive Interviews

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has released an addendum to the Statistical Policy Directive No. 2, outlining standards and guidelines for conducting cognitive interviews, as mandated by the Budget and Accounting Procedures Act of 1950 and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
