Extension of Public Comment Period for He'eia National Estuarine Research Reserve Designation in Hawai'i

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is extending the public comment period for the proposed designation of the He'eia National Estuarine Research Reserve in Hawai'i until October 30, 2016, following the initial 13-day extension announced on September 2, 2016. The public hearing scheduled for October 6, 2016, remains unchanged.
