EPA to Settle Lawsuit Over Emission Factors with Environmental Groups

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to settle a lawsuit filed by environmental groups over new emission factors for refineries, with the groups agreeing to drop their lawsuit if the EPA completes certain actions by December 16, 2016.
