Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Allow Electronic Filing of Reports on Restrictive Trade Practices or Boycotts

The Bureau of Industry and Security is updating its regulations to allow U.S. persons to submit reports on requests to take actions in support of an unsanctioned foreign boycott electronically, in addition to mailing them, as part of efforts to modernize and streamline reporting requirements.
