DOT Issues Guidance on State Freight Plans and Advisory Committees

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has released guidance on the development of State Freight Plans, which must be submitted by states receiving National Highway Freight Program funding, and the establishment of State Freight Advisory Committees to support freight planning efforts.
