Cuba Revises License Exceptions for Cargo and Export

The US Department of Commerce is updating a license exception to permit cargo on aircraft to transit Cuba for destinations outside the country, as well as allowing the export and re-export of certain items sold directly to individuals in Cuba, and revising lists of ineligible Cuban officials.
