EPA Revises Public Notice Provisions for Clean Air Act Permitting Programs

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating its rules for public notice in Clean Air Act permitting programs, shifting from newspaper publication to electronic notice, which will allow for greater efficiency and flexibility in notifying the public about draft permits and other program actions.
