EPA Disapproves Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has disapproved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) due to non-compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and federal regulations, as well as the exercise of reserved EPA authorities.
