FMCSA Exempts 17 Individuals with Epilepsy from Epilepsy Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to 17 interstate commercial motor vehicle drivers with epilepsy, allowing them to operate CMVs despite having a history of seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
