U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Jasper Ocean Terminal Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Jasper Ocean Terminal in South Carolina, assessing its social, economic, and environmental impacts. The EIS will inform the Corps' evaluation of the project under the Rivers and Harbors Act and Clean Water Act.
