HUD Issues Initial Guidance on Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released initial guidance on the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA), a law signed by President Barack Obama on July 29, 2016, which updates and improves HUD programs and the Department of Agriculture's single-family housing guaranteed loan program.
